Day 1
The beginning of the adventure. Meeting participants at the airport. We pick up the luggage and start the journey. For tourists who arrive before 14:00, we will immediately go to the Pacific Ocean, where we will have lunch on the black volcanic sand. Even on the hottest days, the water does not warm above 10 degrees, but daredevils will be able to swim. Let's get acquainted and discuss our upcoming trip. Then we will go to the city and spend the night in the hostel. Day travel - 110 km.
Day 2
Today we have an exciting sailing excursion. Immediately after breakfast, in the early morning we leave for the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. We will go out on a sea boat to Avacha Bay and the Pacific Ocean. We will approach the Starichkov island, where colonies of seabirds and spotted seals live. During the sea excursion there will be fishing for flounder, greenling and sea bass. The chef will prepare a hot seafood lunch. Near the exit from Avacha Bay there is a chance to meet killer whales and whales. After lunch we will return to the city. The duration of the sea excursion is 6-7 hours. From Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky we go on a trip to the south of Kamchatka. The road passes through the Vilyuchinsky pass, where we will rest on the observation deck. In the evening we will arrive at the caldera of Gorely volcano, where we will set up a tent camp. Overnight in tents. Day travel - 100 km.
Day 3
Morning breakfast. Today we will go by off-road vehicle to the foot of the Gorely volcano, from where we will begin our ascent. The height of the volcano is 1829 meters. The entire ascent usually takes about 6 hours; the ascent follows a convenient tourist trail. The volcano has several craters, some of which are filled with acid lakes of different colors. Lunch at the rim of the crater. After descent from the volcano, we return to the tent camp for the night. Day trip - 12 km. Day travel - 30 km.
Day 4
Morning breakfast. Today we will go by off-road vehicle to the foot of the Mutnovsky volcano, from where we begin our ascent. The tour takes about 5 hours and follows a good hiking trail. We will find ourselves inside active craters, where we will see various types of volcanic activity: gas outflows, mud pots, hot springs and an acid lake. If you wish, we will climb the rope ladder to the most active crater. On the way back, we will visit the Opasny canyon with the waterfall of the same name. In the evening we will return to the tent camp. Day trip - 16 km. Day travel - 45 km.
Day 5
Transfer to Mutnovskaya Geothermal Power Plant and Malaya Valley of Geysers. We will drive a jeep to the entrance to the Mutnovskaya Geothermal Power Plant, the largest in Russia. We will walk along the structures of the station to the Small Valley of Geysers with its unique landscape. We will have lunch and go to the village. Paratunka, famous for its hot springs. Overnight at the hotel. Day trip - 6 km. Day travel - 120 km.
Day 6
Immediately after breakfast, we leave for the north of Kamchatka in the village. Kozyrevsk, on the way we will stop for lunch at a roadside cafe. For the night we will stop in guest houses and go to a real Russian bath. Day travel - 530 km.
Day 7
Morning breakfast. Today we will take an off-road vehicle towards the Tolbachik volcano. On this day, we will go by SUV to the traces of the Great Tolbachik Fissure Eruption in 1975. We will climb the cones of the Northern Breakthrough (1100 m), which have not cooled for more than forty years. Let's cook lunch in the crater of the volcano. We will stop for the night in the Dead Forest, which was destroyed by the catastrophic eruption of 1975. Overnight in tents. Day trip - 4 km. Day trip - 60 km.
Day 8
Morning breakfast. Today we will go by off-road vehicle to the tourist base Kleshnya and to the lava fields of 2012. In 2012, the last eruption of Tolbachik volcano occurred, as a result of which solidified lava flows appeared on the surface. On this day, we will visit lava caves, walk along the lava, climb the cone from which the eruption began. On the way back, we will visit the family of Berengi gophers - gophers, who are not afraid of humans and enjoy themselves right from their hands. In the evening we will return to the tent camp. Day trip - 12 km. Day travel - 30 km.
Day 9
Morning breakfast. Today we will take an off-road vehicle to the old Zvezda crater. We visit lava caves, which are almost 300 years old. We return to civilization, have lunch by the Studenaya river overlooking the Klyuchevskoy volcano. In the evening, we will stop in the village of Kozyrevsk in guest houses and take a bath. Day hike - 2 km. Day travel - 50 km.
Day 10
On this day we set off towards Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. We will spend the whole day on the way back to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. In the evening we will stop at the hostel. Joint farewell dinner in the city. Day travel - 480 km.
Day 11
We will visit the fish market, where we will tell you which caviar and red fish are best to bring to friends and family. We leave for the airport and say goodbye.
