You are offered route options along the lower trail along the coast of the Ligurian (Mediterranean) Sea, from the cities of Menton (France) or Ventimiglia (Italy) towards the cities of Genova (Sarzana). Your route will pass through the Liguria region, at the foot of the Ligurian (Maritimes) Alps, along the Cote d'Azur. You will have stunning views of the sea, famous resort towns: San Remo, Imperia, Savona, Genova, La Spezia and others; small mountain villages, cliffs and much more.
