First aid kit for trekking, hiking, climbing
Going on an active, and even more extreme vacation, you should take care of the availability of a first aid kit. During the trip, as a rule, you will already be quite far from city pharmacies and medical institutions, and in case of even a minor injury, you will have to provide first aid to the victim on your own.
What kind of first aid kit should it be: universal, ordinary home, individual, group or specialized?
1. If you are not a specialist and you do not have time to pack, you can buy standard kits at the pharmacy called "Universal First Aid Kit". It includes:
- Wound disinfectants,
- Dressing material,
- Painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs,
- Anti-burn agents,
- Antispasmodic,
- Soothing tablets or drops,
- Irritant,
- Tools and accessories,
Attention!
This first aid kit is designed to provide EXACTLY FIRST AID: an open wound, a fever, a headache or heartache, you have a spasm, a burn, etc.
2. Ordinary home or individual first aid kit. All people are different, but, as a rule, everyone has an individual first-aid kit at home. Only you know what medications you may need. Therefore, add these medicines to the purchased First Aid Kit. Pay attention to the availability of such funds:

- Other medicines at your discretion, etc.
3. Group specialized first aid kit. And here everything is already serious. As a rule, if you go on a group trip to trekking, hiking or climbing, the organizers of the event have a medic or group leader (guide) in the group who carries with him a specialized group (depending on where you are going and what will do) a first aid kit. In any case, you must understand that even in the composition of such a first-aid kit it is impossible to take the entire pharmacy !!!
